Its job is to provide your body with all the energy and nutrients it requires to keep you as vital, youthful, and disease free as you can be. Your body has a program written in your DNA that determines the foods you need to eat to be healthy, vibrant, and truly well. All of our bodies are designed to eat foods that are grown or raised under natural conditions and minimally processed to preserve their nutrition. The word “Intact” means “Not broken or damaged. Having every part.” This is what we want from our food. Intact foods are whole, undamaged, complete, and give our bodies what they need to thrive. |
